My elderly cat recently passed away, and the service I received from Vets for Pets Abbeywood was outstanding from start to finish. The care and compassion they have shown me and my family was faultless, we will forever be grateful. I cannot recommend them enough, they 100% care for the owner and the pet over making profit from the services that they offer.

My girl dog got sprayed today at six months and I was very worried. However the vets were amazing in giving me information about the process, risks and benefits. They took very good care of her and kept me updated. When I picked her up they talked me through the healing process and after care very well. The staff are lovely and I’m glad my girl is all good and was in safe hands.🥰

We’ve had a few appointments at vets for pets Abbeywood and the staff have always been so helpful and kind. Reception are very friendly on arrival and welcome you with a smile. I would like to give a mention to Linus, one of the vets, for his kind and calm manner. My mums cat is currently being treated by him and he went through all options in such detail whilst taking into account my parents situation and finances. There was no judgement just full support and understanding and came up with an affordable plan of action which we’re doing in stages to ensure Lily gets the help she needs within our limits. Thank you vets for pets!

We have always found the staff here very friendly, efficient and caring with our pets and us! We’ve also had the same vets since we’ve been taking our pets there for about 8 years. We were very touched when we received a sympathy card when our hamster passed. Excellent care from everyone!

This place is brilliant. Clean, efficient and the staff are first class, especially the girls in reception Maia loves her visits as much as she can considering she’s the main patient

They miss read some blood results for my 3 year old bulldog, giving the wrong meds, causing more fits, seizures and deterioration. After a few more days they couldn't help due to staffing issues so sent to the out of hours (costing me extra to just walk through the door), only too be told she was now dying and it was picked up to late to reverse! I had to make the heartbreaking choice to say goodbye! Needless to say I have changed vets.
