Absolutely fabulous vets,all staff helpful and welcoming. Never had a dog that enjoys the vets until my little Ronni. I would and have Highly recommend.

I have been taking my cat to Yeading branch and Hayes previously for many years. The team have gone above and beyond in care & support to my cat each time. Her vet Tahir has so much experience and gives valuable guidance. Sadly my visits came to an end as my little pet passed away. They offer a service for pet loss which is thoughtful and dealt with sensitivity. Highly recommend Rebecca

I had a really positive experience at Medivet Yeading - Pet Vaccination Centre. There’s convenient parking right out front, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable which made the visit stress-free from the start. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarian in particular was absolutely lovely—caring, understanding, and very easy to talk to, which made a big difference. The initial bill came to over £160, but I was offered their monthly care plan for just £163 for the year, which covered our visit entirely and includes ongoing care and flea treatment for 12 months —saving me hundreds in the long run. Overall, a fantastic, caring service that I’d highly recommend.

Warm and friendly veterinary practice with staff who are caring and professional. They were so helpful when we visited with our cat who was unwell. The vet went above and beyond her duties and the other staff were very supportive. They truly do care. Thank you for making Gizzy better.

Medivet yeading have been wonderful during my time of crisis. My pet's eye was scratched with severe damage to her eye, and they immediately saw me as a matter of urgency, they assessed her and were on the phone straight away to an urgent referral centre who saw my cat straight away on the same day. They acted fast, professionally and with the utmost respect and empathy for me and my cat. I was in a state of shock and crying the entire time but they did their job so well that due to their heroism my cat was able to undergo emergency surgery and kept her vision. Thank you to the vets, the specialists, the admin and reception staff for being so kind and for everyone who keeps them running. They care for your pets just as you would. Furthermore, they conducted an urgent check-up post-op and helped alleviate some concerns I had with their patience and kindness. When you are in crisis mode, you can rely on them to get you the best care you need. Thank you to everyone there. It's the people that make the place so amazing and they are true examples of how all staff working with animals should be.

I just visited the vet with Missy and received absolutely excellent service. Jane and Michelle at reception were incredible! Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They went above and beyond to help me and genuinely put me at ease. You can truly see that they both have amazing hearts and deeply care about the pets and the humans who love them. Such wonderful people like this are rare, and they absolutely deserve recognition and a pay rise!. Thank you for making what can be a stressful visit such a positive experience.

I had a very distressing and traumatic visit to this veterinary clinic with my dog. As soon as I opened the door, we were immediately barked at aggressively by a German Shepherd in the reception area. The owner was struggling with the dog and trying to calm it down, repeatedly saying it was “friendly,” while also speaking casually with the reception staff, who clearly knew him. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, and my dog was visibly shaking with fear. I asked the owner to put a muzzle on his dog, but I was ignored, and the situation continued without any control. This dog was sitting and barking near the exit, causing stress and difficulty for other clients trying to leave with their animals. I witnessed other people also being affected, including a woman with a small white dog and another with cats. The reception staff were polite, but I felt they were only very friendly and familiar with people they already knew, which made me feel like an outsider and not fully taken seriously. I felt my concerns were dismissed. As this was my first visit due to lack of availability at my regular vet, I unfortunately regret choosing this clinic because of the experience in the waiting area. I had to wait a long time. On a positive note, the veterinary doctor herself was very professional and kind. I would like to thank her and wish her all the best.

I’ve always had good experiences with this vet , but today I was beyond disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15, and by 11:50 I still hadn’t been seen. What bothered me most wasn’t even the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication from the vet. Other clients came in after me and left before I had been seen. After waiting I rescheduled the appointment for another day and still during that time the vet hadn’t called us in. I want to be clear that the receptionists are consistently great: friendly, helpful, and professional as always - unsung heroes. This issue was about respect for clients’ time. Delays happen, but acknowledging them goes a long way. 9/10 the vets are always late. Time management is a constant issue at this practice, even if you book the first appointment of the day. Once that is rectified I have no complaints about this vet but today has left a really bad impression, to the point of considering other practices.
