  We cannot fault Mulberry House, we moved here after a pretty unpleasant experience at another nearby vet. Mulberry house staff are all welcoming, polite and caring. They absolutely love all the animals in their care The garden they have is incredible for nervous or reactive dogs as they can be seen out there so as not to have to go inside (unless they are having procedures obviously) Our German shepherd has just got back from being spayed, we had photo updates throughout the day, kept up to date regarding everything going on and given all information written down so there is no forgetting the aftercare we have been instructed. Would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking to register their pet!

  We joined mulberry when we moved to the area, and not long after they opened. Our cats have had the best care there. The staff are the best and so are the vets. Cannot recommend them enough.

  Mulberry House Vets. All the staff are incredibly kind and caring. We cannot fault the practices. Both are run with exceptional professionalism and incredible services to help with the tiniest of issues to the much greater issues. We are so grateful for the care all of our dogs have had over the years. We would like to thank each and every member of staff from finance to the front desks. You are all wonderful people.

  At 4pm today my dog split her dew claw after running into rough ground and was obviously in pain with the claw sticking out at right angle from her leg. I rang Mulberry Vets who got me an apt at 420pm on Binfield. I saw the vet who removed the claw and gave me pain killers and by 445pm I was on my way home, a tad poorer but with a much happier dog, so well worth it! Amazing service and care and so good to know it is an independent vets rather than a corporate one. Thank you Mulberry House, I would highly recommend you all.

  This is the most perfect vet practice ever. We have taken all 3 of our pets here for different reasons and each and every time has been incredible❤️ Firstly, Amanda & Tracey on reception are phenomenal, the loveliest of ladies - always so kind & super welcoming, they both go above and beyond every time. Secondly, Helen & Lucy our vets are amazing! Super professional, also so kind and have made our babies better on all occasions which we are so grateful for.

  I had a consult with grace at Mulberry house Wokingham for my Kobi and was very impressed. The girls at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, and the clinic was very clean. Grace was thorough and very helpful regarding Kobi's issues. Highly recommend!

  Had to make a very sad decision last week for my aging Labrador Forrest. I can't say enough how brilliant the support was from my vet in explaining the procedure, the sensitive manner in which it was carried out, and the reassurances throughout that this was the best decision for my boy. The practice followed this up with flowers and cards offering sympathy and support the days following. I am overwhelmed with the kindness and sensitivity shown. Thank you so much!

  Mulberry house vets have been exceptional. When put in an impossible situation. Helen and all the staff I came across handled everything perfectly. There dedication and care is impeccable. If you are looking for a vets this is the place for you. I can’t not recommend them enough.

  I recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to my beloved pet, and the staff at this vet went above and beyond for me during that time. Their compassion and empathy were truly remarkable, and they treated my little friend with the utmost care and respect. I can't recommend them enough; they made a heartbreaking experience as gentle as possible.

  I cannot recommend Mulberry Vets in Binfield highly enough. We lost confidence in our old vets, and Mulberry soon restored it in spades. They show genuine care and compassion, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Although there’s a set amount of time for each appointment, you never feel rushed. Your questions and concerns are always treated as valid, and—most importantly—you feel it’s all about the animal first, not the money. An absolute breath of fresh air – highly recommend!
