We registered our 2 cats here when we moved to the area and we've been really impressed with the service we've had. They're in the Healthy Pet Club and we get a helpful reorder email for wormers and flea treatment. Nipped one cat along for a nail trim and it was a really quick job, the nurse was amazing. Always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have a six year old Cavapoo and transferred to this Practice in October 2025, after being at a vets in Grimsby!! I mainly moved for convenience, but also was dissatisfied with their recent care!! I have been to Old Courts today for his Booster and Health Check!! I found the experience amazing and Dux was very helpful and had time for queries!! Also he was very caring and gentle with Teddy, and totally put him at ease!! I was very, very impressed with the whole experience and the Receptionists also were very, very helpful!! Much better than my previous Vet!! I would totally recommend Old Courts Vetinary Centre!!

The last 48 hours have been devastating for our family. On Monday we had to say goodbye to our beloved chocolate lab Rolo. Old age had finally caught up with her and the time was right. Less than 24 hours later her daughter Wispa became seriously ill following a suspected stroke and unfortunately she to passed away. In 9 years she had only ever spent one night without her mum and that was on Monday. The stress of losing her mum was just too much. I can honestly say that the care and compassion shown to my girls and our family was without doubt amazing. I cannot thank you all enough for your time, dignity and genuine care for our girls. Receptionist, nurses and vets alike could not have done more and we will be forever grateful. X

Fantastic service from Old Courts when my dog had a traumatic accident. Everyone gave caring and compassionate service and went above and beyond, from the receptionist to the vet who stitched Jeff up and all the nurses and assistants who helped. A special shout out to Vet Nurse Becky for being amazing 🐾 ❤️

Our first time at old courts vets & we are very impressed by the high standards at this practice, the vet was very thorough & reassuring she listened to our concerns & understood why we were worried about our dog lola after hurting herself, the practice staff also are very pleasant, it's the first time lola was so relaxed walking into a vets which I noticed straight away, kind regards to all @old court's vets, Mr & Mrs pearce

My deepest thanks go to the incredible team at Old Courts Veterinary Centre in Brigg for the fantastic care they provided Willow, my 2 year old cat, saving her life a couple of weeks ago. After being missing and trapped for five days, she was in a critical condition and required emergency surgery. From the moment I brought her in, the team showed compassion and understanding. The vet and head nurse performed the surgery out of hours, on a Friday evening running late into the night, with the Head Nurse even offering to stay overnight to provide the necessary nursing care post surgery. The surgery was a complete success and the follow-up care was exceptional. Willow is now recovering well and is slowly getting back to her old self. I am extremely grateful for the skill, dedication and kindness demonstrated by both Dux and Becky.

I had a bad experience with this vets several years ago when I took a turkey in who had a prolapse . I was told by the then owner Mark, to put her to sleep. When I refused because it's curable he got all nasty and threatened me with the RSPCA. I got a second opinion at a lovely, compassionate vets in Newark, and the Turkey lived another four years. I was told this vets had changed hands, which it has apparently, and as I'm often in scunthorpe for work I registered 3 kittens. I took them in today for advice with regards to neutering as they are very small and we went through the whole appointment before the nurse told me I wasn't welcome to come anymore, because of the incident with the turkey (4/5 years ago!!) So because I didn't let a power hungry vet put a turkey to sleep, unnecessarily, I'm the bad guy. Totally unprofessional conduct and bizarre behaviour. They could easily have rung me and said this but she clearly wanted an argument or to act like the big I am. I was warned to not go here and I wish I'd listened. I recommend avoiding.
