Fantastic practice. Managed to get my hamster booked in the same day, incredibly friendly and supportive staff. Receptionist on the phone of lytchett branch was brilliantly efficient registering my hammie and finding an appointment. The vet we saw was so kind and reassuring, explained everything so clearly and really felt like we were in good hands. Very thorough and kind. So glad I found them

I just want to say how much I love this vet practice. Every single person there is amazing. I first met them years ago when they were still in Upton, and I was also living in Upton at the time. They looked after my old boy, who came with me from my home country, and they were always wonderful with him. But during his last year of life, they were something else. Truly special. I can tell you honestly, they could have taken a lot of money from me, because I just wanted my old boy to stay with me no matter what. But they never did that. Their only worry was to keep him comfortable and give him the best quality of life for the time he had left. I will always be grateful for that. That is why, when I moved to Bournemouth centre and later got my little boy, I did not even think twice. I stayed with them. I did not care how long I had to drive, and even now that they have moved to a better facility, I still do not care. I just knew I wanted the same people caring for my little one. They are an amazing bunch of people, from the receptionists to any of the vets or nurses who see my boy. He is always so happy to go there and see them all. And as always, the professionalism and the care they give is top notch. I could not ask for better people ❤️

Our beautiful Alfie dog became unexpectedly poorly. The staff were so understanding of our worry and accommodated a next day appointment for us. It was not the news we'd hoped for and the staff involved in Alfie's care was outstanding. The care and compassion that was given to myself and my husband by all staff during this time was so lovely. We felt truly supported by them. Janessa was wonderful! During our dogs euthanasia treatment, as expected, our hearts were completely broken. Our world had felt like it was falling around us however, Sarah and her colleague supported us throughout. Sarah broke everything down, step by step in a gentle and calm manor, ensuring consent was gained throughout. The colleague present also supported with this. We were given time and patience. Janessa, Sarah, the lovely colleague in green and the 2 receptionists at Lytchett that supported us, thank you. From the bottom of our hearts. We won't ever forget the kindness you showed us at such a sad time in our lives. We are so lucky that Alfie had you all. Alfie had wonderful experiences at all his appointments throughout his life. This was all thanks to the hard work and dedication you all put into your line of work. Keep it going guys! You're touching the hearts of not only animals but humans too. Amy & Sam Owen

We recently changed out vets to PHP and I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review. I work in the animal welfare industry and that means I see our vets sometimes multiple times a week. The entire practice is friendly and VERY about "doing the right thing". Of course they are professional otherwise we wouldn't have chosen them but there is more to it - tailored approach to each individual customer and their pets, is what drove me towards them. We discuss the best steps forward, make a plan and stick to it. And whilst I have now had the chance to meet almost the entire team, Gemma, our assigned vet, is simply a gem. Her friendliness, professionalism and passion is second to none. She is knowledgable, friendly, funny and very kind. All our dogs are treated with the utmost respect and so are the humans behind my job. I am very grateful for all the help and support we received from PHP and I very much look forward to working with them in the future :))
