Highly recommend this vet practice! They are always so caring towards my cat and to me when I am worrying! I can always get an appointment when I need one and getting repeat prescriptions is quick too.

We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our senior cat, and I cannot thank this practice enough for the care, compassion and kindness they showed our family during such a hard time. From the moment we arrived, the team were gentle, patient and incredibly understanding. They explained everything clearly, made sure our cat was comfortable, and were very respectful of how emotional the situation was for us. They also took the time to make sure our daughter could say goodbye properly, which meant a lot to us. A few days later we received a handwritten card and some flowers from the practice, which was such a thoughtful gesture and brought us a lot of comfort. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but the way the team handled everything made an awful moment feel as calm and supported as it possibly could be. We’re truly grateful for the care they showed our cat and our family. Thank you all so much.

My Cockapoo had damaged a claw and it was not something I felt should try to deal with myself for fear of causing more damage and distress. The nurse was lovely as were the receptionists. I would definitely recommend this practice.

We were on holiday and took Boo to the vet to have a tick removed. He is a very anxious little dog. The receptionist, nurses and lovely vet were very understanding. The vet sat on the floor and offered Boo some treats. Boo is much calmer if we are not with him when he's treated by our local vet.The staff here were so understanding and suggested waited in the garden whilst the tick was removed. I cannot speak highly enough of the care they gave Boo. A lovely, independent vet who's main concern was making sure Boo felt relaxed and comfortable with them before treating him. Highly recommended. The pet owners in Wareham are very lucky to have an independent vet who's main concern is the animals they treat unlike the corporate vets who's main concern is charging as much as possible. Thank you so much for your care and consideration.

I was on holiday so away from our usual vet and my dog started limping. I called and was offered an appointment within half an hour. Staff were very friendly and the vet thoroughly examined my dog and set my mind at ease explaining everything and immeadate treatment and follow up if necessary. Highly recommend, shame we don't live here!

The team both at the Wareham branch and earlier at the Upton branch have all been phenomenal to my dog this week. Having just moved to the area we weren't expecting to have to use the services so quickly, but when needed the team were all there. They were all amazing with my dog who can often be nervous around new people - especially those with thermometers ;) Everyone gave her time, space and care, and got her quickly back on track. The care we received all round far outweighs that we received at our previous surgery. It's taken the anxiety away from me now if we ever have to come back in the future. Many, many thanks to both teams.
