I want to say a huge thankyou to the staff at Shearbridge Vets. The lovely receptionist made me feel very at ease on the phone and was so lovely. They both made a fuss of my cat when we arrived and helped put us both at ease, as we were both a bit nervous! The vet himself was lovely too and very knowledgeable, and dealt with my concerns very well. I am very glad I chose this vets and would recommend it for its lovely staff.

I've been with Shearbridge for over 10yrs & I have always found the reception staff, vet nurses & vets very friendly, caring, patient and take their time when explaining things. Our cats can get nervous at times but the staff are very considerate and try to put them at ease as much as they can which is really appreciated. Upon having to have our dog put to sleep, whilst it was an emotional time the staff was very patient, helpful & compassionate. Would 100% recommend.

Been bringing my pets here for almost ten years now. The whole team of vets and receptionist are not only helpful and friendly, but kind, compassionate and caring. Would recommend to anyone!

Great service & helpful advice. My 9yr old dog has been registered with the practice since a puppy but has had a couple of problems recently which have been sorted quickly & efficiently. Also their staff are always on the end of the phone to give free help & advice.
