Beyond thankful that I was recommended this vets! Gordon and the team are incredible. After spending a long time with a previous vet trying to get to the bottom of what was happening with my dog, Gordon had him tested, diagnosed, and on the mend by the second appointment. The reception team are a delight to deal with — they answer the phone quickly, communicate brilliantly, and always keep me in the loop with any updates. I’ve also seen them go out of their way to hold puppy parties, which I think is amazing. It’s such a lovely way to help the local community socialise and care for their new family members.

I want to say a huge thankyou to the staff at Shearbridge Vets. The lovely receptionist made me feel very at ease on the phone and was so lovely. They both made a fuss of my cat when we arrived and helped put us both at ease, as we were both a bit nervous! The vet himself was lovely too and very knowledgeable, and dealt with my concerns very well. I am very glad I chose this vets and would recommend it for its lovely staff.

I've been with Shearbridge for over 10yrs & I have always found the reception staff, vet nurses & vets very friendly, caring, patient and take their time when explaining things. Our cats can get nervous at times but the staff are very considerate and try to put them at ease as much as they can which is really appreciated. Upon having to have our dog put to sleep, whilst it was an emotional time the staff was very patient, helpful & compassionate. Would 100% recommend.

Great service & helpful advice. My 9yr old dog has been registered with the practice since a puppy but has had a couple of problems recently which have been sorted quickly & efficiently. Also their staff are always on the end of the phone to give free help & advice.
