My dog has been going here since she was a puppy (she is now 12) and I have taken pets here in the past as well and the vets are lovely. Receptionists are welcoming and the vets really listen to your concerns as well as being respectful when a pet is being put to sleep.

Very impressed. Having tried multiple in sale, this was the first version I have come away without feeling like I had been over sold or that I hadn't been listened to. A helpful 'monitor' approach with the option of emailing photos if we wanted a quick check of the progress. Feel relieved to have found a vets that listens and takes a pragmatic approach.

Amazing experience!. They have looked after my little dog for several years now. They keep in touch, and send appointment reminders. Very thourough health check and answered all my questions. Can’t recommend Southfields highly enough! We’ve been taking our cats there for over 20 years and every vet, nurse and receptionist we’ve seen (through good and bad times) has been thoughtful, kind, compassionate and caring. You really can tell when people are genuine which is proven when even my cat purrs whilst being examined 🥰

I totally trusted Mabel with him today and I don't trust very many people with her.
