First time at this practice today after spending all weekend trying to find a vet to treat my exotic pet. So impressed with how quickly they got her in and performed surgery. First class service all the way, all staff very friendly and great with my pet. Highly recommend and really grateful for the quick excellent service. Thank you so much.

I've had dogs of my own for 50 years, never have I ever coming across a vets so good. Staff wise everyone is first class. My daughter dog was looked after them as well an couldn't fault Darlington and Newcastle branches. We all felt if we had been with our previous vet we wouldn't have had Bailey for the month after she became ill. Absolutely brilliant thank you so much to all involved with Bailey we will be forever grateful.

I unfortunately had my cat put down last night, and the people here were absolute superstars, thank you to every single one of the team there that day (Friday 5th December). The vet herself and the woman with her were extremely respectful and made the whole experience as nice as it could've possibly been for me, my mother and my cat, they allowed me to have as much time as i wanted with my cat during the goodbye process. Huge amount of love for the amazing team there, absolutely wonderful and respectful people, thank you for ensuring it was a wholesome goodbye for me and my beloved cat. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Can't recommend westway vets enough. My dog Nefer actually loves coming here .The reception staff are the nicest I've met and the vets really care about your pet. Nefer was diagnosed with an eye condition which means she is on medication for life and the vets have mean amazing with her. I trust them but more importantly Nefer trusts them
