Fiona is an amazing vet, she has always been brilliant with all my pets over the years. I trust no vet more than her. The nursing staff work so hard behind the scenes and the whole team including the receptionists have always been so kind and compassionate with me during the sad times. I know my beloved pets are in safe hands.

Always really helpful, had to get dog in to see vet quickly. They told us to bring her straight down. Luckily it wasn't anything serious, but they were really good. The girls on reception are always friendly and welcoming.

Our lovely little frenchie had a bad anal gland abscess. The reception team were fantastic at finding us suitable appointment times with our preferred vet for the 3 sessions we needed and were very accommodating and understanding for our very reactive dog. Fiona, our vet, was fantastic. So professional yet so so caring and I knew she genuinely really wanted to help our little girl. Fiona was also very thorough, informative and meticulous in her treatment, she didn’t discharge us until she was satisfied everything was back to normal. An absolutely wonderful vets practice that we feel lucky to have our dogs as patients at. Thank you so much Fiona and your team!

Would not recommend. Unsympathetic & rude. Only ONE of their staff were kind to me on the phone went beyond for me BUT Karine (manager) told me to “pick my cat up if I wasn’t happy with them”. My cat was not AIive and in their freezer. They also hung up on me, dismissed me and even phoned an ambulance one me when I was extremely distressed after leaving their practice but neglected to inform me they had done this, so ambulance turned up at my address while I was not home which then led to me being intercepted by the police neae Asda for a welfare check. It made the entire process so… traumatic. I want to reiterate I was not upset they had called them. Just that i has not been informed. - Historically my mother would caII this vets on my behalf (I have autism and struggle with communication) and they had some type of disagreement which led to me being removed from their practice. I attempted to dispute this MANY times & my request for caII back from practice manager was NEVER honoured. After I cremated my cat with them, I made them aware or my other cat who was having health issues at the time; but they wouldn’t allow me an appointment. This led to Bella’s symptoms worsening. Incase you read this karine/corine (Bella now has stage 2 kldney disease) so even after me losing my cat, using their help with cremation they still wouldnt let me be a client again. - Ive have raised all said issues with pets at home but I don’t think much will be done. in also in the process of gaining access to the caII recordngs.

It’s got to be one of the worse Vets4pets in the country, they are not very professional at all, since was a health check just checking my dogs heart, I’m also not happy about giving my dog liver paste on the dirty floor while you give him a booster jab, also waiting over an hour to be seen, I’ve moved to another vets now, Vets4pets sort it out or you will lose a lot more customers and probably have 1 star is all your getting

Not a bad Vet but on this particular occasion I called for my dogs weight which was done on her last visit. Unfortunately the vet didn’t make a note of it and they advised I’d need to pay to get her weighed again. Think this isn’t particularly good enough considering the Vet advised us our dog was overweight and had to go on a diet. I was calling to check her progress based on what she weighed previously. Wasn’t really happy with the outcome and of getting no info unless I pay again

Good location, very easy to find. Took my cat, Marvin, in a few weeks ago for a blocked bladder and he was in a very bad way. The vet and myself were able to work together very well to ensure Marvin got back to feeling fit again, I can't fault how he was treated

I would definitely avoid this vets. On Saturday 08th October my parents phoned vets4pets because our beloved family dog had fallen ill. They were told " they could come to the vets but there was no guarantee anyone would be able to see him" rather that taking a very sick dog on a wasted journey they decided to wait. The day after his condition had worsened so they rang vets4pets once again to get an emergency appointment. However all they got was an answer phone message telling them to ring the Chesterfield branch. They decided to ring wildbore vets around the corner, despite not being registered with them they gave us an appointment at 15:00hrs. Sadly Joe died at 14:00hrs at home with his family around him. Definitely avoid and go to wildbore, far better service all round 👍

All the staff here are lovely, They take care of all pets as if they were their own and put you at ease. I've been going there for around 6 yrs with my 4 dogs and they have been brilliant, especially with my eldest dog Tehya who passed over the rainbow bridge aged 13 last month. She was well known to all the staff with her different ailments over the years.
