BEAT THIS. So my dog has a recurring ear problem visited yesterday and was charged a total of £167 £41.40 of which was for a ear swab(never paid this before) apparently all the staff in the past did not charge me correctly(lol ok) so when i asked if i could have a repeat presciption if she gets it again, yes certainly, but you have to have a consultation to check. So a £24.50 bottle of ear drops on the internet will cost me £66(consultation) £41.40(ear swab) and £29 for the presciption. The internet ear drops are exactly the same but instead of costing £24.50 it will cost me £160.90. This cant be legal. Update, when the so called manager rang me she had the cheek to suggest in so many words, that I could not afford a pedigree dog. I can afford it ok but,Truth is, i dont like being ripped off

Not 100% sure on these as yet as only had one appointment, but receptionist are friendly helpful and prompt. Also changed the time of my 2nd appointment to earlier in the day as I booked time off work and they were very helpful with that.

I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else, my two dogs Max & Mysti have been there pretty much their entire life and always met with professionalism and such polite stuff. My cat Biscuit was with them about a year, before unfortunately on the 4th of February he had to be put down due to heart failure, this was very sudden and the staff was amazing and they didn't try and get money out of me before putting my cat down which I really appreciated they were extremely kind. I've lost a pet once before in another vet surgery (I won't name) and they treated my deceased pet horribly. Bridge vets are the best vets in the Blaenau Gwent

Been with these for years and they have always done their best for the dogs we have rescued, they are now looking after our recent arrival Sally. The staff are very friendly and both the receptionist are very helpful especially if you phone them with a problem or needing an urgent appointment, all the vets and nurses are excellent at their jobs, and now it is down to Susannah to look after Sally,we have great confidence in her ,as we have known her for many years,as to all the staff there also..
