This lovely surgery has looked after both of my dogs for over ten years and I have total confidence in them. Yesterday we saw Hannah, who is very experienced and caring. But what's most important is that the vets and the nurses and the staff all care about the animals... they really do care about what they do. The only downside is that I only need to go there when one of the dogs is poorly! :-)

Very kind and sympathetic to my Labrador, who is not the easiest of patients! The reminders about meds and appointments are very useful too. Reception staff clearly love animals too - one representative even came outside, where Max was waiting apprehensively with my husband, to reassure him.

Everyone at the vets were amazing. Unfortunately our beautiful weimaraner Rosie was put to sleep. We cannot thank the whole team for the love and support over the last 7 years and 3 months. Always kind thoughtful and caring

Shambolic. Not the fault of the staff who are individually lovely and kind but the are clearly under pressure to cram in appointments which means I'm constantly phoned by them, to rearrange as the date comes closer (despite them always booking in a follow-up appointment before I leave). On the last occasion after booking for his annual booster I was shuffled to a veterinary nurse who then explained she could only give his kennel cough vaccination. On at least one occasion I've made the 30minute journey to be told that my appointment isn't even on the system despite me having the email and text confirmation. It's very bad value for money when I pay over £30 pcm for the pet health club. £360 per annum for worming tablets and a cancelled booster appointment. I'm currently looking for an independent vet practice.

Absolutely awful …plz don’t take ur pets here, receptionist was the worst I’ve ever met, and the vets acted like they had somewhere else to be! Disgusting!

The service I received from the staff and vet was excellent having a stray cat to which I had become very attached but was very poorly. The staff helped with a quick appointment, the advice I received was practical and to the point, the staff were very sympathetic when it was decided that it was in the best interests to have the cat out to sleep. I would like to thank all staff involved from r their support .However the cost of cremation was £561 which is scandalous and I have seen prices online of £200, £225, and £239 from specialist organisations. By way of an update I collected the ashes and had a breakdown of the costs, the cremation was actually just over £300 with the remaining costs made up of consultation and euthanasia fees. His ashes were presented very nicely with copies of his paw prints and clippings of his fur together with a very nice card from the team at South Wales Vets

Very friendly staff, vets are amazing and have seen both my dogs for 11 years, sadly I lost my boy, but the team where supportive with encouraged help and advice in his last year, can’t recommend them enough x
