The Medivet staff are extremely caring and friendly. They always remember our cat and he has had excellent treatment for injuries as well as very good regular care. It is a warm and welcoming place to bring a pet.

Lucy my cat had dental treatment at Low fell and she was well looked after, she is a very nervous cat around strangers but she was no bother and the after care was superb, the advice given to me for her oral medication was second to none, I have no hesitation in recommending this branch and all the staff were great

Thank you once again for taking good care of my Phyllis in her last hour ..medivet is very thoughtful and caring and it's not all about the money with this company they truly care . I received my condolences card this morning thank you so much I wasn't expecting it x

Very helpful. Lovely with our boy Flynn. Had his booster & check up & he was no bother. Which shows they were good. Photo is him lying under the air con & stripe is only bit of sun through the blinds

I've have a great experience with them so far. I was recommended medivet lowfell by a friend who is also them them. Very friendly staff and the vet was extremely helpful during the process of getting my dog a referral when she needs surgery. I'm very happy with them and have no plans the change vets
