My German shepherd was admitted for surgery and the vet explained everything carefully and was very friendly to both me and my dog. I believe my dog was in very capable and caring hands. His immediate aftercare was impeccable and medicine to take fully explained and written down too. A phonecall the next morning asking how he was was a service I did not expect but fully appreciated. A very caring and professional team.

I recently lost my beloved soul cat and the staff here have been so lovely to me. I appreciate all the work you did for my boy and the beautiful card after. A special shout out to Stella who seems a genuine lovely woman. So patient and caring for me and my boy. The reception staff have so much empathy and nothing was rushed. I’m so grateful for you all. If I ever feel up to adopting a new baby (I will) I’ll be bringing them back here for their care. Thank you all. Zazu and Chelsea x

I will be eternally grateful to all the staff for their care, kindness and support when my precious Rosie became unwell on Friday. They helped make a very distressing time less difficult for us and I truly appreciate the compassion shown by the amazing staff there. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

Stella has been fantastic caring for our cat John, who developed struvite crystals and then had 3 subsequent uterine blockages requiring emergency catheratisation plus treatment for a UTI all within 3 weeks! She is nurturing and gentle, and very well informed and efficient. Thank you so much Stella! Unfortunately john couldn't get a break and without the cathetar blocked again instantly. If he'd managed even a week or two of normality we would have trusted the staff here with P.U surgery as a last resort but it wasn't fair to put him through another procedure back to back. Sadly Ida had to put john to sleep but in a way that suited him and me, so that I could cuddle him the whole time. It still doesn't feel real but I'll always be grateful that she did it as sensitively as possible. The rest of the staff we dealt with were also caring, friendly and professional at a really stressful, sad time. Thank you x
