Excellent service cannot fault the care and attention that Simon has shown our dog. He has taken the time to explain everything so that we understand what is happening and the treatment available. Professional and friendly to both 4 legged and 2 legged clients.

Brural and traumatic was my experience at this vets. I had my dog euthanised before christmas at riversmeet. Had to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes past the appointment time with my very old, very frightened dog. When we did get called, the vet, a Polish lady i believe, was cold and indifferent. I was asked to pay for the procedure before they carried it out, they bought the card reader into the room. Obviously they thought i looked as if i wouldnt be able to pay. I had old clothes on because the dog was incontinent. Do not believe all the slick advertising and corperate publicity machine this place does not care for animals just about the money they can extract from the owners. Rhe place was pretty

My cat was recently diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. The vets were amazing. Unfortunately in the new year she took a turn for the worse and we sadly had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. I can’t thank all the staff enough, they were absolutely amazing and so compassionate allowing us to spend as much time with her as we needed, and even lighting a candle in reception for her. I can’t express how much the practice were so amazing and the level of care was incredible. Even down to arranging her cremation was so important to us, the kind caring nature of the vet was such a gift to help us while we were grieving. Thank you so much ♥️

My two cats go to Riversmeet and are very well treated. The one cat keeps me going with his health and he is always in safe hands. The team put my mind to rest when I get stress about him.

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better vets. I have a 7 month old springer spaniel called Molly who is always a dithering wreck by the time we get to the vets (petrified of the car) and the whole staff team make such a fuss of her and treats galore. I’ve met 3 of there vets now and they’ve all been so patient and genuine and answered all my questions with love and kindness. There passion for animals shows and I’m so pleased I chose rivermeets for Mollys care ❤️
