I have all my cats registered with Fivelands in Yardley, and the service has always been excellent. Appointments run on time, the reception team are friendly and helpful, and every vet takes the time to explain things clearly. I usually see Kate with all my cats — she’s incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and always gives reliable advice. Prices are reasonable, and the Pet Health Club is great because it covers flea and worm treatments, so I never have to worry about budgeting for them. They were also really helpful when I brought in a stray to check for a microchip. Highly recommended.

Have been using Fivelands Yardley for 20+ years with our generations of animals. Always a friendly welcome from Donna, Caroline and the team in reception. Christian, Kate and all the veterinary team have always showed love & care to our animals at different stages of life. We always feel well informed with treatment and prices. They have helped us with insurance claims smoothly aswell. Highly recommend Fivelands Yardley and any contact we have had with the Moseley branch too-Thankyou!

I had my 2 cats neutered and microchip done here they were amazing with them both as they were abit stressed as was in the carriers and didn't like them and were so polite and friendly towards myself knowing I was worried about leaving them so helpful in after care advice even chatted with me about their needs for after as I dropped them off so I did go shopping to get what needed before picking them up I've had no problems with my cats after 100% definitely would recommend them to others and will keep my cats registered here
