First visit. Extremely quiet waiting room which was fab for our pet . Vet was extremely gentle and kind and also very tactful when talking about my pet's weight . Explained the pet club plan in full and ensured it was right for us. Explained different options for flea / worming treatments fully . Would definitely recommend

From making a call I spoke to a lady so caring and reassuring. Arranging an appointment the same day. During appointment my cat Reggie was very anxious he was handled with care and the Vet was very patient with him. Also thoroughly checked him over. He was given antibiotics which appear to be working very well. Lovely friendly clean Veterinary care.

Amazing treatment after an unfortunate accident. All the vets, nurses and receptionist staff were supportive and provided the best care for our dog, getting her fit to come home that same day. Thank you so much.

I have a 48kg German shepherd, and lately he has had problems with his feet, other vets I’ve seen couldn’t or unsure of him and didn’t examine him properly, I came to sheriff’s vets begging for him to be seen, I was given appointment for a week late, I brought my dog for his appointment and to my surprise the vet examined him thoroughly, explained my options and reassured me that my dog was going to get the treatment and everything I’m doing was great, I’m so thankful for the opportunity to have been given the chance to see a decent vet that wasn’t unsure of my dog. Thank you Sheriffs vets

We have been going to this Vets for quite a while now as our beautiful cat Charley got very unwell over a year ago and they dealt with it perfectly. Answered any questions we had and took good care of him. He got a lot better after identifying he has thydrodism, he got put on a prescription and medication and he was healthy and well for a long time. Friday however, we unfortunately had to make the decision to put our little angel to sleep as he was in heart failure. We have never been through anything like this as a family as he was our first family pet. They made us feel extremely comfortable, gave us plenty of time with him before and after even though the vets had closed, they were so respectful. I can't thank all of the vets and the reception staff for everything over the past couple of years. Any pets I get in the future I will definitely be coming here if we have any problems or issues. Couldn't recommend enough! 💜

As a family we've been using this veterinary practice for decades, even way back in time when it was Williams Vets. The standard of service given then was excellent and the same can be said of the practice now. Quite an achievement, which can be seen in the genuine care given by all of the staff, which is most reassuring.

Thanks to the understanding receptionist for arranging an appointment on the same day as calling on Saturday 13th May it was so very much appreciated. Angel reviewed our dog Selby she gave him such a thorough examination, injection for nausea and meds for home, I left with him so much more happier and reassured it meant the world to me and my family. 😊
