Great experience - dog was happy to be there, vet was very helpful in answering questions and providing options for treatments. Prompt and polite service, clear with pricing and what is included. The service was of a great standard and the visit did not feel like a chor due to this 👍 I was even provided a poo bag when the dog pooed on the floor 😳

Everyone at both the South Normanton branch and the Clay Cross branch are fantastic. I honestly can't recommend them enough. We lost 2 of our dogs in quite a short space of time and they couldn't have ben more kind on both occasions. They treated us with compassion and empathy. Monica is amazing - so knowledgable and just the kindest woman. Thank you all.

Very disgusted with the service. Pay for the pet plan, never use anything on it only to have flea tablets. Then every time I come to order you have to mess around taking her to be weighed extra each time. Then when I go to order more, she can't have none shes not have a pet check. Why the hell get her in to be weighed and not do a pet check the same time. Then now I book a health check to be cancelled a few hours before as she can't have it because she now needs booster jabs. So they have known this for 2 months and the morning of the appointment they tell me they can't do it. So we are 2 months without flea tablets already and now she can't get another appointment in a month. What the hell am I paying for. Direct debit will be stopped and change of vets. Getting as bad as the NHS.

A pleasure as always. My dog loves it here, such friendly staff and always a clear, concise and empathetic consultation with transparent prices, and great value to boot.

I used Charlesworth Veterinary Surgery for out of hours treatment for my 19 week old puppy 🐶 oh my goodness they were absolutely fantastic. Caring and compassionate and kept me up to date with her progress. Thankfully she was only in for the day and made a full recovery. I would most definitely recommend them.

I have a very nervous rescue and have recently attended this vets. The vet, staff and practice were all amazing! They took extra care and made it our best experience yet at a vets. Having a nervous cat and treating him so well, very informative and offer good plans too.

Excellent practice. Staff are super. Very caring! Always keep me informed of treatments/costs etc. have used other vets but these are in my opinion the best in my area by far. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.
