Sheriffs Highway Vets - Whickham

Very friendly and helpful staff, the vet was lovely as usual please keep up the great work.

Very patient and friendly and did her job with no problems.

I came to your whickham branch and was made very welcome and the vet I saw was absolutely lovely with Oscar

Staff are really friendly and helpful, my dogs all enjoy visiting. Vets are exceptionally good and explain things at a pace that allowed me to understand what was wrong and given options for treatment. I’ve placed the health and well being of 4 or 5 of my dogs in the hands of these vets and staff and they’ve all been treated with care and love, I highly recommend these vets and the support staff to anyone needing a vet for their pet. Many thanks we think you are wonderful - Lola and her walker

My cats have been cared for with professionalism and empathy by Sheriffs Highway Vets for many years now. They are a good bunch of people who genuinely love animals and are willing to listen and provide advice and guidance.

Very nice experience Our dog is very nervous and anxious as she was a rescue however she was calm welcomed and all staff were friendly to us all.

My experiences are very good, it's always a friendly and welcoming place and the staff are very sensitive to my nervous doggie. They regularly send reminders of when his treatments are due and are handily placed in my local village.

I've used this surgery for a long time now and can't recommend them enough. The surgery is always extremely clean and tidy. The reception staff are just lovely. They're always very welcoming, happy to help you with any questions or queries you might have and we're just brilliant when I brought my two very frightened puppies in for the first time. The veterinary consultants/nurses go above and beyond to give you the best advice for your pets and are so gentle and understanding. Keep up the great work!!
