Really friendly and professional team. They looked after my girl well in appointments before and on the day of her eye removal. John the vet at our consultations was friendly and described everything in a way a non-vet would understand and tried their best to get our dog a surgery slot as soon as possible. Post surgery, I received a phonecall from Louise who, again, was friendly and explained how it went and reassured me. Georgia the receptionist went out of her way leaving messages with our insurance company to explain a misunderstanding that almost led to non-paying from them. I really appreciate the above and beyond service and would recommend this place to anyone needing an eye specialist. Thanks from Jess and Dot the Boston Terrier!

I was honestly dreading having to go to another super vet after previous experiences, but from the moment we arrived you completely changed that feeling. Every single member of the team was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and well looked after, and you also took the time to reassure and support us as owners, which meant so much during a stressful time. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered with compassion and understanding. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional care you gave — truly amazing from start to finish.

Staff here are lovely. Greeted warmly, my cat admired and fussed over, we were taken to a quiet room and a blanket sprayed with feliway placed over him. A litter tray was provided. A note was stuck onto the door stating No Entry. I was led to tea/coffee making facilities. The vet and the nurse explained everything that was going to happen and stroked and comforted my cat throughout his examination. His results were explained thoroughly. It's obvious every person who works here loves pets. The insurance claim forms were explained and they offered to carry my cat to the car. Wonderful place

Our 8 year old Bichon Misty has been diagnosed with dry eyes with a lot of scarring on the right eye. The treatments have helped her loads. The staff are lovely and attentive.
